NFU Energy is one of the UK's leading energy consultancies. We provide advice and practical support to businesses, with a special focus on agriculture and horticulture. We work with government departments, industry organisations, utility companies and manufacturers.

Our Benefits

Pension

A pension is provided through Aviva.


Both NFU Energy and the employee are required to contribute to the scheme – 5% of your earnings each pay period are deducted directly from your pay and NFU Energy also contribute 5%, therefore the total amount paid into your pension is 10% of your earnings.


Employees can increase their contributions at any point in the year, but the NFU Energy percentage will remain at 5%.

Group Life Insurance

Life assurance is a benefit that is paid out in the event of your death to your beneficiaries, taking into account any Expression of Wish.


The level of cover is 3x basic salary.

Simply Health Cashplan
